As part of the CannaSyn project, the production of cannabigerol (CBG), a potentially versatile ingredient in hemp and Cannabis plant brought to industrial application by biotechnological means. The CannaSyn project is funded by the state with almost 840,000 euros. Taros Chemicals GmbH & Co. KG, an independent contract research company based in Dortmund, is implementing the project together with the Institute for Technical Biochemistry at TU Dortmund University.
