Bernhard Rapkay, NRW MdEP for the SPD has been informed by Dr. Dimitrios Tzalis (founder & CEO)about the backgrounds of the unique EUR 196 million budgeted “Europen lead factory drug development platform (ELF)” during his stay at Dortmund based Taros Chemicals, the Leader of ELF’s Chemistry Consortium.
