Diese Initiative in der\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarosdiscovery.com\/de\/wirkstoffforschung\/\">Wirkstoffforschung<\/a>\u00a0wird \u00fcber drei Jahre stattfinden und wird von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union und dem Land Nordrhein-Westfalen gef\u00f6rdert. In diesem Projekt wird Taros mit verschiedenen industriellen und akademischen Partnern zusammenarbeiten, darunter Syntab Therapeutics (Aachen), TECO Development (Rheinbach), Gremse-IT (Aachen) sowie das Institut f\u00fcr Labortierwissenschaft, das Institut f\u00fcr Experimentelle Molekulare Bildgebung und Die Medizinische Klinik III des Universit\u00e4tsklinikums Aachen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt besch\u00e4ftigt sich mit einem neuen, ma\u00dfgeschneiderten immuntherapeutischen Ansatz mit synthetisch hergestellten, kleinen Antik\u00f6rpermimetika zur Therapie des tripelnegativen Mammakarzinoms (TNBC), das mit den klassischen Methoden nur unzureichend behandelt werden kann. Diese Medikamente bestehen aus Komponenten, die das Immunsystem stimulieren und tumorspezifische Markermolek\u00fcle auf dem Tumorparenchym und dem Stroma erkennen.
